Bundle price

$10,992.89 including GST, before eligible rebates.

This package covers replacing gas hot water and a gas heater, including full gas disconnection. The office confirms your site requirements and any variations before issuing the formal quote. Other replacement types are quoted for their specific scope.

Installation tailored to your home

Our standard installation scope includes a back-to-back split-system installation with mounting, pipework, condensate drain, dedicated circuit and isolation. The heat-pump installation includes a compliant base, valve kit, tempering valve, minor pipework alterations and its required electrical supply.

Removal of the existing gas hot-water unit and gas heater, with full gas disconnection, is included in this package. We’ll confirm electrical capacity, access, system sizing and proposed installation locations before issuing your quote.

What could cost extra?

Switchboard upgrades, major pipe or cable relocation, difficult access, asbestos, structural work and other non-standard work are quoted separately. Permanent brickwork, plastering and painting are not included. Any additional work will be explained in your quote.

Rebates

We’ll check which rebates may apply to your property and existing systems. Eligibility and rebate amounts are confirmed by the office before your final price is agreed.

How it works

1. Request your quote. Complete one form for both systems and add photos where you can.
2. Office review. We check sizing, installation requirements and rebates, then provide your formal quote.
3. Confirm your order. Pay a 10% deposit once your quote is agreed. Allow approximately 3 days for the units to arrive; our office will then confirm an installation time.
4. Installation and completion. The remaining 90% is payable on completion.
